Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of September, 2016 at 2:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Kimberly Hamilton will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court to change the Petitioner’s child name from Kolbie Lee McKahan to Kolbie Lee Hamilton, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
