NOTICE OFAPPLICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of February, 2026, at the hour 9:15 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Jordan Scott Abernathy will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Grant County, WV, at the Courthouse thereof, in the City of Petersburg, for entry of an Order by said court changing the name from Jordan Scott Abernathy to Jordan Scott Coyle. Hearing may be rescheduled without further notice. Any person who has objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
