Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of March, 2015 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Jennifer Wilson will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virignia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the petitioner’s childs name from Sophia Grace Foulks to Sophia Grace Wilson, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
