Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of April, 2015 at 10:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard Jessica Wright will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child’s name from Chandiah Riley to Chandiah Arnett, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
