Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of October, 2021 at 1:15 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Justin Abraham Seybert will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Justin Abraham Seybert to Justin Mark Seybert, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
