Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of January, 2015 at 2:30 o’clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Christina Hamrick will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, Wet Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s childs name from Alan Thomas Jenkins to Alan Thomas Hamrick, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
