TO: MICHAEL PENNINGTON, THE CUSTODIAN OF A MALE CHILD BORN UNTO ANNA ASBURY ON DECEMBER 26, 2004 (JUVENILE CASE NOS. 19-JA-123-MW)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 13th day of December, 2019 at 10:45 a.m., before the Honorable Mark E. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
