West Virginia Wesleyan College gives public notice that a Pre-Bid Conference for the above-referenced Invitation to Bid will be held as follows:

Attendance at this meeting is required of all firms interested in submitting a proposal. The purpose of this meeting and site visit is to familiarize the proposers with the site and conditions set forth in the contract documents. Attendance at this meeting is limited to two (2) supplier representatives only.
WVWC is issuing this Invitation for Bids to encourage qualified companies to submit bids for renovation and upgrades to a lab space. The scope of work includes installation of lab furniture and equipment.
This project is funded through a grant from the US Department of Education, therefore certain Federal regulations apply.
