You are further notified that your parental rights regarding Cameron Mayle may be terminated at this hearing and that you may appear and defend your parental rights by filing with the Circuit Clerk of Monongalia County, West Virginia, 243 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia 26505, a statement that you object to such adoption within thirty (30) days from the date that this notice was first published. If you fail to file your response or objection to the petition to adopt Cameron Mayle within the aforesaid time period, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
