Dick-Hunt), the Construction Manager for the WVU Milan Puskar Stadium Renovations, is actively soliciting bids for the work listed below on behalf of West Virginia University, the Owner of Milan Puskar Stadium. Request for Pre-Qualification forms are required and are available by calling Jeremy Meadway (412) 807-2000. Pre-Qual forms for Bid Package #1 will be submitted to P.J. Dick-Hunt c/o Kathy Templeton, 225 North Shore Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15201 at the dates and times listed below. Pre-Qualification forms will be reviewed and those bidders determined to meet the responsibility requirements will be invited to bid. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Milan Puskar Stadium and interested prime bidders are required to attend at the dates and times listed below. NOTICE OF FILING On February 18, 2015, TeleQuality Communications, Inc. filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to provide intrastate telecommunications services in the State of West Virginia. The application and exhibits are available for public inspection at the Commission’s offices at 201 Brooks Street, Charleston. Pursuant to W.Va. Code 24-2-11, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Applicant give notice of the filing of said application by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W.Va.
