PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, for the purpose of hearing proponents and/or opponents to the following Ordinance pending before them:
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MORGANTOWN TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT TO AMEND A PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH THE MONONGALIA COUNTY COMMISSION REGARDING SHARED COSTS OF THE LOCAL REGIONAL JAIL PROCESSING CENTER AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
The above entitled Ordinance is expected to be adopted following the Public Hearing. Copies are available in the City Clerk’s Office, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia.
