CORRECTION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Notice is hereby given that Concord University will accept sealed Expressions of Interest at the OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS AND FINANCE/CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER, P. O. Box 1000, Athens, West Virginia, 24712 until 2:00 P.M. on the 17th day of April 2015, for the following: Proposal Title: Expression of Interest Architect Services-Renovations to Athletic Running Track at Callaghan Stadium Athens, WV 24712 Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Request for Proposals, a copy of which is available by contacting Dr. Charles Becker, Vice President Business and Finance/Chief Procurement Officer at (304) 384-5190 or via email at: [email protected] Copies of the Request for Proposal may be obtained free at the office of the Vice President Business and Finance/Chief Procurement Officer or electronic copies may be provided upon request. Proposals received after the above stated date shall be returned to the Proposer unopened. Proposals timely received in the Vice President Business and Finance/Chief Procurement Officer’s office shall be forwarded to the Requesting Department for the Selection committee to open and review. Provided however, the Vice President Business and Finance/Chief Procurement Officer may keep one copy of each proposal for its records. Concord University reserves the right to waive formalities, irregularities, and defects in any or all proposals, except as otherwise required by law. Concord University reserves the right to: reject any or all proposals; to reject a portion of any or all proposals; to negotiate and execute or to not negotiate or execute a pricing agreement/contract with any proposer; and to solicit new or different proposals. Concord University reserves the right to negotiate and/or contract with one or more proposers for all or a portion of any proposal or proposed services.
