and 7272 to Nick Fantasia.

COMMISSION ORDER

On August 12, 2014, NFS, LLC, dba Metro Limousine Service filed an application for the transfer of ownership and assignment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate Nos. 7259 and 7272 to Nick Fantasia, authorizing —

P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 7259 states:

authorizing the holder to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers in specialized limousine service between points and places in Braxton, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Randolph, Taylor and Upshure Counties, on the one hand, and points and places in Wet Virginia, on the other hand; provided that there is excluded and excepted from this authority any and all transportation of CSX Railroad crews, or other railroad crews, or other railroad employees, for any railroad work-related purpose, including, but not limited to, transportation between trains and stations, depots, yards, etc., in the Counties of Taylor, Preston, Upshur, Barbour, Harrison and Braxton.

P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 7272 authorizes Metro Limousine:

to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers in specialized limousine service between points and places in Calhoun, Clay, Hardy, Jackson, Pendleton, Ritchie, Roane and Wirt Counties, on the one hand, and points and places in West Virginia, on the other hand.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that NFS, LLC, dba Metro Limousine Service give notice of the filing of the application, by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W. Va. Code ยง59-3-1 et seq, published and of general circulation in Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Hardy, Harrison, Jackson, Lewis, Marion, Monongalia, Pendleton, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Upshur, and Wirt Counties making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
