And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Kenneth Chittum, the Estate of Theresa M. Chittum, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell and D. Geoff Varney, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before May 19, 2015, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter.
