NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 118 FAIRFAX AVENUE, RICHLANDS, VA. In execution of a certain Deed Of Trust dated September 15, 2004 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 922, at page 1, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale a public auction the following real estate, to-wit: ” . . . all those four (4) certain lots or parcels of land, situate in the Town of Richlands, in Tazewell County, Virginia, designated and known as Lots Nos.
