LEGAL NOTICE
The Monongalia county Board of Education will receive sealed bids at the Office of Facility Management in care of Kermit Hess, Supervisor of Facilities, 533 East Brockway Avenue., Morgantown, WV. 26505 for the following:

Fire Alarm System Inspection & Testing

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, April 24th at 2:00 p.m., at the Maintenance Department, 533 East Brockway Ave, Morgantown, WV, 26505. Prospective bidders are asked to check in at the school office. Bidders may call the Monongalia County Schools Office of Facility Management at (304) 291-9308 ext 223, for further information. Bid packets will be distributed at the pre bid meeting.

All bid submittals will be received at the Monongalia County Schools Office of Facility Management at 533 East Brockway Ave., Morgantown, WV 26501. The final time and date for submission of bids will be 10:00 AM May 8th at the Monongalia County Schools Office of Facility Management at 533 East Brockway Ave., Morgantown, WV 26501.

Successful bidder should have the appropriate electrical license, also must have NICET certification.

The Board reserves the right to reject any/or all bids.
