(JUVENILE CASE NO. 14-JA-095-DS) AS WELL AS TaJAY CROCKETT, THE FATHER OF TWO MALE CHILDREN BORN UNTO TIONA ROWE ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2008 AND SEPTEMBER 23, 2010. (JUVENILE CASE NOS. 14-JA-154-DS AND 15-JA-032-DS) Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 6, Section 1 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
