Advertisement for Bids The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, a Public Corporation in the State of West Virginia is seeking sealed bids for automobile monitoring services. The bids will be for monitoring services for a period of twenty four (24) months. The bidder must be qualified to provide vehicle monitoring services for up to 30 automobiles which include GPS monitoring and location services as well as basic vehicle information in no less than 20 second increments through satellite or cellular service. This information should include speed, location and other information outlined in the bid proposal. Qualified bidders can pick up a copy of the bid documents at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia or request a copy of the bid documents be emailed to them or by email request to Shannon Orso, Accounting & Human Resource Manager at [email protected]. Sealed bids will be accepted by the Authority until 11 AM on Thursday May 7th, 2015. Bids will be opened on Thursday May 7th at Noon during the Authorities Board of Directors meeting at their Administrative Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia.
