Advertisement for Bids Credit Card Processing Services The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, a Public Corporation in the State of West Virginia, is seeking sealed bids for credit card processing services for a period of twenty four (24) months. The bids are for the processing of Visa, MasterCard and Discover card transactions at the Authorities seven business locations in Southern West Virginia. The bidder must be able to process all types of transactions associated with Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards and provide all necessary equipment and training for processing. Interested companies can pick up a copy of the bid documents at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia or request a copy of the bid documents be emailed to them by email request to Shannon Orso, Finance & Human Resource Director at sorso@trailsheaven.com. Sealed bids will be accepted by the Authority until 11 AM on Thursday May 7th, 2015. Bids will be opened on Thursday May 7th at Noon during the Authorities quarterly Board of Directors meeting at their Administrative Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia.
