NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN HIDDEN VALLEY ESTATES AND NEAR RAVEN IN TAZEWELL COUNTY, VIRINIA In execution of a certain Deed Of Trust dated January 28, 2013 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 2013, at page 2350, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale a public auction the following real estate, to-wit: Parcel #1: Lot 8-A containing 0.83 Acre and Lot 8-B containing .033 Acre in Hidden Valley Estates and as shown on the plat of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book 47, at page 163, being Tax Parcels 123-B-01-0008-A and 123-B-01-0008-B.
