NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN HIDDEN VALLEY ESTATES AND NEAR RAVEN IN TAZEWELL COUNTY, VIRINIA In execution of a certain Deed Of Trust dated January 28, 2013 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 2013, at page 2350, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale a public auction the following real estate, to-wit: Parcel #1: Lot 8-A containing 0.83 Acre and Lot 8-B containing .033 Acre in Hidden Valley Estates and as shown on the plat of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book 47, at page 163, being Tax Parcels 123-B-01-0008-A and 123-B-01-0008-B. Parcel #3: That certain lot or parcel of land situate on the south side of Clincy River near Raven in Tazewell County, Virginia containing 3.23 Acres, more or less, being Tax Parcel 104-A5-08-0008. The foregoing property are subject to and benefited by each of the conditions, covenants, easements, exceptions, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, and other matters of record in the chain of title as the same may lawfully apply.
