To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Courtney Beth Woods has been unable to be located by Derrick Joseph Woods and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Courtney Beth Woods shall serve upon Derrick Joseph Woods, plaintiff, 828 Halleck Road, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before June 12, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said Divorce can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
