Request for Bids Bid #852 Student Athletic Insurance The Mercer County Board of Education, Princeton, West Virginia, invites insurance agents to submit bids for the purpose of providing excess student accident insurance coverage for all approved Board of Education sports activities for grades 6 through 12 for participating students. Coverage for student participants in athletics is to include times student is practicing for, competing in, or traveling to and from sports activities as a representative of the school and under the direct supervision of a full time school employee, in any interschool athletic activity conducted under the regulations and jurisdiction of the Board of Education. Other requirements are detailed in the bid package. Bid responses will be publicly opened on May 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the conference room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740.
