The object of the above entitled action is to collect a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of defendants and has been unable to serve defendants and it is ordered Christine Saltsman and Lindsey Salisbury do serve upon Clinton W. Smith, whose address is Mezzanine Suite 4, 405 Capitol Street, Charleston WV 25301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 20, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Christine Saltsman and Lindsey Salisbury at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
