TO THE HONORABLE COUNTY COURT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA:
The undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner respectfully reports that heretofore the estate of John Philip Strider was by order referred to him for the determination of assets, proof of debts and claims, and for all other purposes in like case provided by the law, that your Commissioner fixed upon the 18th of August, 2015 as the time and at his office in Charles Town, West Virginia, as the place, for the execution of the requirements of said order of reference, and published notice thereof in the manner and for the time required by law, in the Spirit of Jefferson, a newspaper of general circulation published in Jefferson County, West Virginia. That no debts were proved before your Commissioner, that on the 18th day of May, 2015, John P. Strider, II, Executor of said estate, laid his accounts before your Commissioner for final settlement, together with a statements of all assets coming into his hands or properly chargeable to him and all disbursements, together with the cancelled checks, receipts and vouchers therefor: that said settlement was completed on said date and the parties were notified; that your Commissioner published notice thereof in the Spirit of Jefferson in the manner and for the time required by law, and held said settlement; in his office 10 days for objections and exceptions, and none having been taken thereto files the same for the record.
Your Commissioner attaches hereto, as part of this report, an itemized statement of receipts and disbursements, as follows.
