To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of:

All persons having claims against the estate of the person listed above, deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit same, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned, at her office, at High & Court Streets, Elkins, West Virginia, on or before the 17th day of September, 2015; otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefit of said estate. All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
