Request for Proposals Automated Time Clock System The Mercer County Board of Education is requesting vendor proposals to provide and install an automated time clock system with software for Mercer County Schools. The system must provide services to buses, schools and additional sites as well as mobile locations. The system must also be able to interface with the West Virginia Education Information System (WVEIS). Other requirements are detailed in the RFP. No proposal may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals for at least ninety days. Proposals will be publicly opened on June 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Conference Room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740.
