NOTICE

The following firearms have been securely stored at Hampshire County Sheriff’s Office for at least six months or longer. These firearms no longer have evidentiary value.

4.    Seized from Raymond S. Davy, Jr. of Purgitsville, WV on or about October 16, 2014

b. Mossberg, shotgun, model 500A, 12 ga. Pump, serial no. L272414
c. Savage rifle, model 110, 30-06, serial no. E979861
5.    Seized from Paul E. Newcamp on or about July 19, 2014

6.    Seized from Joseph Palak, II of Purgitsville, WV on or about May 27, 2011
a. Browning pistol, .22 semi auto, serial no. 655RN06097

If the lawful owner of the above listed firearms wish to reclaim any of these, s/he must contact the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Office M-F between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at 304-822-3894 or appear in person at 66 N. High St. Romney, WV 26757 by JUNE 20, 2015. Failure to respond by June 20, 2015 will result in these firearms being disposed of in accordance with West Virginia State Law.
