The purpose of this conference is to hear comments from those people having an interest that may be adversely affected by the issuance of Met Resources, LLC, Surface Mine Application S300315, located near Matoaka, Mercer and Wyoming Counties, West Virginia. In the event all parties that requested this informal conference stipulate agreement prior to the conference and withdraw their request, the informal conference will not be held.
