The matter has been filed In the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia and is captioned In the Matter of Dan Haack and West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. The hearing on the Petition to Cremate has been set for Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. in the Division 2 Hearing Room, of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, 243 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia. Any family members or friends who wish to take responsibility for the remains of Dan Haack should be present at that time.
