NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 520 DOGWOOD ROAD IN THE TOWN OF TAZEWELL, VIRGINIA AND FORMERLY KNOWN AS MOTHER OF CHRIST JULINOEL In execution of a Credit Line Deed Of Trust dated May 30, 2013 of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 2013, at page 9889, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate, to-wit: All that certain lot or parcel of real estate, with all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto and easements benefiting the same, situate in the Town of Tazewell in the Jeffersonville Magisterial District of Tazewell County, Virginia containing 5.21 Acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown and depicted on that certain map entitled “PLAT SHOWING SURVEY FOR TRUPOINT BANK BEING PROPERTY FORMERLY OWNED BY MOTHER OF CHRIST JULINOEL, TAZEWELL, VIRGINIA SCALE: 1″ = 100′ DATE: 5-22-13” made by James D. Ribble, Jr. and a copy of which map or plat is of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Plat Book 50, at page 4, with reference being made to that certain Deed dated March 28, 1978 from Phyllis Neel, widow, to James W. Harman, Jr. and Joan B. Harman, his wife, which is of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book 442, at page 70, for certain provisions pertaining to water rights, pipeline right of way, division line, and a common passway or joint driveway being Sixteen Feet (16′) wide and the location of which is also set forth and designated on the survey plat referenced above. This property also is identified as being Tazewell County Tax Parcel 094-B5-A-0068 and is located at 520 Dogwood Road, Tazewell, VA 24651. This property is subject to and benefited by each of the conditions, covenants, easements, exceptions, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, and other matters of record in the chain of title as the same may lawfully apply.
