NOTICE The Tazewell County School Board is accepting competitive negotiable proposals for class rings, caps and gowns, diplomas, diploma covers, letterman jackets, graduation announcements and products A vendor will be selected to furnish these items to three Tazewell County High Schools for three years, beginning with the Class of 2016. Proposals will be evaluated on price, quality, service, variety of options and delivery times. Interested vendors should submit five copies of their proposals to Wendy Barringer, Supervisor of Finance, Tazewell County School Board, 209 West Fincastle Turnpike, Tazewell, Virginia, 24651 by 2:00 p.m., July 27, 2015. Please indicate on the lower left-hand corner of the envelope “Proposal for Rings, Caps, Gowns, Diplomas and Covers, Announcements and Senior Products.” For further information, contact Wendy Barringer at (276) 988-5511 ext. 2290.
