NOTICE VIRGINIA: In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Tazewell, the 7th day of July 2015 CL15-735 Keith Gregory Bowman vs Nancy Yvonne Hagy Bowman Charleston, South Carolina The object of this suit is to: obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the respondent, Nancy Yvonne Hagy Bowman, pursuant to Sec. 20-91 (A)(9)(a), Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of more than one year. An affidavit having been made and filed states that Nancy Yvonne Hagy Bowman may or may not be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has a last known address as stated above. It is ORDERED that Nancy Yvonne Hagy Bowman appear at the above named court and protect her interests on or before August 28, 2015. Tammy B.
