ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 20th day of August, 2015, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of John and Rita Boyd, 151 Cheesy Creek Road, Princeton, WV, for a VARIANCE to install a wall mural to the exterior of the building located at 221 Mercer Street (old Harvey’s) in the City of Princeton, WV in the Commercial (C-1) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 11, Parcel 137). The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to install murals to exterior walls in the Commercial (C-1) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
