Request for Proposals: Website Design and Development
West Virginia Rails-to-Trails Council, Inc.
As initiated and bids accepted by the Mon River Trails Conservancy
Proposals to be received by email to the Mon River Trails Conservancy (MRTC) for the design and development of a website for the WV Rails to Trails Council, a statewide non-profit organization, working to protect, promote, improve and increase rail-trails within West Virginia.

The firm must be licensed to do business in West Virginia.
Proposals must be received by 4:00pm on August 1, 2015, Eastern Standard Time. MRTC and WVRTC will not consider proposals submitted after this date and time. A hiring decision will be made within six weeks of submission deadline. Interviews may be scheduled with top selection firms, location and time for interviews to be determined.
The WV Rails-To-Trails Council Website Development project is partially funded by a grant from the Federal Highway Administration’ s Recreational Trails Program administered by the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways. Design and control of the project must be in conformance with the guidelines of the Recreational Trails Program and all applicable State and Federal Regulations. All work will be in accordance with all pertaining Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations.
MRTC and WVRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, accept portions of proposals, and to waive any informalities.
