It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Crystal A. Simons has been unable to be located by Gary L. Simons and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Crystal A. Simons shall serve upon Gary L. Simons, plaintiff, in care of the Circuit Court, 243 High Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer,
including any related counterclaim or defense She may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before August 26, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said Divorce can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
