It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Oscar Chapman has been unable to be located by Lakisha Chapman and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Oscar Chapman shall serve upon Lakisha Chapman, plaintiff, 1200 Dorsey Ave., Lot 48, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before September 1, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
