Purchaser must pay in full, cash only, plus $50 refundable deposit. Units must be emptied and cleaned on sale date for return of $50 deposit. Those wishing to reclaim property must pay full outstanding balance, cash only, by 10:00 AM September 3, 2015. Upon payment in full unit must be vacated immediately.
