NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the authority under that certain deed of trust executed by William R. Hamm and Lena A. Hamm, to Richard A. Va. Secondary Route No. 17/1, said pin is by an electric pole at the end of a fence and is the northwest corner to Glen E. This conveyance is made expressly subject to all pertinent restrictions, reservations and easements of record. This sale is made subject to any special assessments, unpaid taxes, easements, conditions, reservations and restrictions affecting the aforesaid real estate.
