AND UNKNOWN PARTIES

The object of the above entitled action is to quiet title and/or encumbrances of real estate and to exercise rights and remedies under its deed of trust.

And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that there are or may be persons or parties other than those named in the petition as petitioner and respondents, and whose names or whereabouts are also unknown to the petitioner and who are named as unknown parties and it is ordered that said unknown parties do serve upon Philip B. Hereford, Hereford & Riccardi, PLLC, whose address is 405 Capitol Street, Suite 306, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or other defense, including any related counterclaim to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 10, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
