IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MERCER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA In Re: The Petition of Milton Lee Bennett and Debra Kay Bennett for the Adoption of Danielle Kay Hinton, a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years Case No. 15-A-35-DS ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the entitled action is that the Court order the adoption of Minor Child Hinton, and for such relief as the Court finds appropriate. It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the identity and present whereabouts of the minor child’s natural father is unknown and that due diligence has been used to determine said information. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the said natural father of Minor Child Hinton shall appear in person at a hearing scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, October 2, 2015, before the Honorable Derek C. Swope, Judge of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, at the Mercer County Courthouse, located at 1501 Main Street, Princeton, West Virginia; the parental rights, if any, of the natural father of Minor Child Hinton may be terminated at the aforesaid hearing; the natural father of Minor Child Hinton should appear and be present at the aforesaid hearing to protect his interests.
