NOTICE OF PROCESS
To: Everett Dale Cramer, Mary J. Cramer, Susan Cramer, Everett Dale Cramer, Jr., Michael Cramer, Stephen Cramer, Cynthia Cramer, Clint Cramer, Debra Cramer and any other parties with interest in the property described below.
Notice is hereby given that the property located at 713 Sheldon Avenue Morgantown, WV 26501, situated in Morgantown District, Ward 2, Map 41, Parcel 25, is condemned pursuant to International Property Maintenance Code 108.1.1 – Unsafe Structure; 108.1.3 – Structure Unfit for Human Occupancy; 108.1.5 – Dangerous Structure, and a demolition notice has been issued in accordance with section IPMC-110 in order to abate the violations within (20) days of this notice. Parties have the right to file an appeal with the ICC Board of Appeals under section IPMC-111 and must do so within (20) days of receiving notice of this order. Failure to abate the violations within (20) days from receipt of this notice will result in the city initiating the demolition of the structure and placing a lien against the property in accordance with section IPMC-106.3. The City of Morgantown reserves the right to institute a civil action against the property owner or other responsible party for all costs incurred by the municipality with respect to the property and for reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs incurred in the prosecution of this action.
