The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendants as a result of injuries received by Plaintiffs as a result of Defendants’ negligence and breach of contract.

And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that OTHER UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS, identity and whereabouts are unknown it is ordered that they do serve upon John R. Angotti, Esq. Plaintiff’s attorney, representing Chad William McGuire, Jeremy Ryan McGuire and Michael Thomas McGuire, whose address is 274 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 23, 2015 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
