FINDINGS OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (FONSI) FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (EA) FOR
PROPOSED RELEASE OF LANDSIDE DEVELOPMENT AREA
MORGANTOWN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
MORGANTOWN, WEST VIRGINIA
A FONSI has been granted by the FAA for the Land Release of approximately 95.70-acres located on the eastern side of the Morgantown Municipal Airport between the West Virginia Army Guard Readiness Center and I-68 to the Monongalia County Development Authority (MCDA) This Federal environmental approval of the EA is a determination by the approving official that the requirements imposed by applicable environmental statutes and regulations have been satisfied by the EA. This document will be available for a two week (14 days) public review period beginning September 3, 2015.
