NOTICE VIRGINIA: In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Tazewell, the 1st day of September 2015 CL15-996 Lori Nicole Trigg Graham vs Rory Griffin Graham 300 Heinz Street, Apt C-513 Pittsburgh, PA 15212 The object of this suit is to: obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the respondent, Rory Griffin Graham, pursuant to Sec. 20-91(A)(9)(a), Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of more that one year. An Affidavit having been made and filed states that Rory Griffin Graham may or may not be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has a last known address as started above.
