It appearing from an "Affidavit in Support of Service by Publication" filed in the above referenced Civil Action, that the Affiant, acting as counsel for the Plaintiffs, has certified, pursuant to Rule 4(e)(1)(C), that the Affiant has diligently tried to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of a certain Defendant and that the same has not been successful; and further, Affiant avers that said Defendant given notice pursuant to Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, by way of this Order of Publication.
THE PURPOSE AND OBJECT OF SUIT: One of the purposes of this Civil Action is to determine liability, causation and damages pertaining to a motor vehicle crash that occurred on or about May 30, 2013.
