IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MERCER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, v. RONALD L. DUNN, Defendants CIVIL ACTION NO.: 15-C-176 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is a complaint for possession of manufactured home. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Ronald L. Dunn is an individual defendant and that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of this defendant, without effect, and that the process has been delivered to a Process Server for service in the county in which this defendant resides and has been returned without being executed, it is therefore ORDERED that Ronald L. Dunn does appear and serve upon W. Scott Campbell and the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an answer or other response to the Complaint within thirty (30) days, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against Ronald L. Dunn at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Princeton, West Virginia.
