NOTICE OF PUBLICATION In the Circuit Court of Mercer County West Virginia IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF HALEIGH ISABELLA GRACE FARMER, AN INFANT CIVIL ACTION NO. 15-A-45-OA TO THE UNKNOWN FATHER: Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of September, 2015, a Petition for permission and authority to adopt a minor child named Haleigh Isabella Grace Farmer was filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, Princeton, West Virginia. On the 1st day of October, 2015, at 2:00 o’clock P.M., at the Courthouse of said County before the Honorable Omar J.
