and charges under F.S.C. M.C. Certificate Nos. F-7345 and F-7393.
NOTICE OF EMERGENCY INTERIM RATE INCREASE
Walls Sanitation, Inc. (Walls) is certificated to provide solid waste service in Monongalia and Wetzel Counties. Walls and RGL. Inc., doing business as Mountain State Waste (Mountain State}, have entered into a Temporary Operating Agreement for Mountain State to provide service on behalf of Walls at the approved rates for Walls.
On August 14, 2015, Walls and Mountain State filed a petition to increase the rates and charges that are approved for the two Walls certificates. Walls and Mountain State also requested emergency interim rates.
The Commission has approved a 34 percent emergency interim increase in rates, subject to refund, for all customers served pursuant to the two Walls certificates, These rates are interim rates only and may be increased, decreased or left unchanged at the conclusion of this rate case.
