The Morgantown Monongalia Metropolitan Planning Organization Policy Board will meet on November 19th, 2015 at 6 PM at Morgantown City Hall 389 Spruce Street.
The MPO Policy Board will consider revising the urban area’s Citizens Participation Plan with the adoption of a new Public Involvement Policy. The draft Public Involvement Policy is available at the MMMPO’s website:

According to the MPO Citizen Participation Plan, any changes to the Citizen Participation plan require a minimum of a forty five (45) day public comment period. The proposed Public Involvement Policy will be available for review from Friday October 2, 2015 through Wednesday November 18, 2015 at the MPO, at the address shown below. The MPO Policy Board will consider this item at a regularly scheduled meeting on November 19, 2015 at 6 PM at the City of Morgantown Council Chambers 389 Spruce Street Morgantown WV. Mountain Line Transit Authority relies on the MPO’s Public Participation Process to satisfy its public participation requirements for the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and this notice serves as invitation for public involvement, review and comments for the TIP relative to Mountain Line Transit Authority participation in this process.
