IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MERCER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: THE CHANGE OF NAME FROM AARON NICHOLAS MEADOWS TO ARRON NICHOLAS PRUETT CASE NO. 15-P-98-WS NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of September, 2015, Petitioner, Aaron Nicholas Meadows, filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, for an Order by said Court, changing his name from Aaron Nicholas Meadows to Aaron Nicholas Pruett. A hearing will be held upon said Petition on the 1st day of October, 2015, at 2:30 p.m. at the Courthouse of said county before the Honorable William Sadler, Judge of the Circuit Court, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
